The Wilderman Fund provides access to education and training for providers who treat any patient who may be at risk or suffering from a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder. For clinicians looking to further their education into Perinatal Mental Health, we offer access to a pipeline for cutting edge treatment and training. Our foundation's goal is to ensure that providers offer women and their families the most current and best treatment strategies and improve care.
For providers seeking a referral to a PMAD-specific specialist, we can offer intensive and comprehensive outpatient, partial-day and inpatient therapy, along with clinical pharmacology specialists trained in the field of Maternal Mental Health. In addition we can provide a referral to any local treatment network of PMAD-specific providers to ensure your patient and family is offered the best short and long term treatment that they desperately need.
For providers, medical centers, and behavioral health centers, we can facilitate hospital-wide marketing and awareness programs, and advanced clinical seminars and trainings that can earn Continuing Education credits. These opportunities inspire a culture of health and improve outcomes overall. We understand scheduling challenges, so we will tailor trainings and meetings to accommodate the size and schedule of any practice, department or hospital.
Our programs and collaborations aim to establish, implement and grow a sustainable model in hospitals and the communities. Our program model can enable a system in which all women and their families can receive the best care possible, regardless of insurance type or financial circumstance.
Elevating and improving the standard of care for patients with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
